Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Birmingham, AL to manage defined accounts within a geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement. The role supports products by executing territory plans and addressing patient reimbursement challenges, including PHI considerations.

The FRM will educate providers on payer coverage, coordinate with the HUB, and act as a payer expert. Travel up to 40% is required, with remote work flexibility.

Competenze

• Doctorate degree or Master’s degree with 3 years of customer service/leadership experience or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of customer service/leadership experience or Associate’s degree with 10 years of customer service/leadership experience or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of customer service/leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Act as an extension of the HUB, providing live one-on-one coverage support.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement across the reimbursement journey.
• Educate and update healthcare providers on payer coverage changes that impact patient access.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with partners, including the HUB.
• Provide information to healthcare professionals on product coverage under various benefit designs.
• Serve as a payer expert for defined geography and communicate changes to stakeholders.
