Travel up to 40% is expected; 2 days weekly in geography with remote work options. The role requires strong experience in PHI, payer processes, and stakeholder education to help patients access Amgen

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with 3+ years in customer service/leadership.
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years in customer service/leadership.
• Associate’s with 10+ years in customer service/leadership.
• High school diploma with 12+ years in customer service/leadership.

Responsabilités

• Manage defined accounts within a geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement.
• Execute the collaborative territory strategic plan.
• Understand reimbursement processes, field reimbursement services, and patient support programs.
• Resolve patient-level reimbursement issues and work with PHI knowledge.
• Act as HUB extension and support payer coverage and denials processes.
