Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to cover North OC, CA, with responsibilities spanning patient access and reimbursement. The role includes managing accounts, educating providers on payer changes, and coordinating with HUB to resolve coverage issues.

Travel up to 40% and remote work options are part of the role. The candidate should have advanced degrees and extensive experience in customer service, leadership, and pharmaceutical reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s or equivalent with leadership/people management experience.
• Experience in public/private third-party access or pharma reimbursement is expected.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Act as an extension of the HUB, providing live one-on-one coverage support.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement across the reimbursement journey.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with HUB and partners.
• Review patient insurance benefits and alternate funding options.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve reimbursement issues.
