Job summary

ADMA Biologics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Central Region to educate provider offices and infusion sites on coverage criteria and payer policies. The FRM will act as the local market access expert, navigating payor policies and coordinating with the HUB program to support patient access to ADMA therapies.

The role requires deep experience in field reimbursement across the US healthcare system, strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with substantial travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of field reimbursement experience in a major pharma organization.
• Deep understanding of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA/DOD/Tricare, and ACA payor policies.
• Experience with Buy and Bill and infusion services across US health care system.
• Ability to disseminate payor policy and coverage criteria to providers.
• Strong analytical and independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices, infusion suites, and pharmacy networks on coverage criteria and policies.
• Partner with HUB program to ensure clear communications between providers and ADMA.
• Explain enrollment, prior authorizations, appeals, and HUB support processes.
• Lead market access training for the territory and share policy updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to support providers.
• Ensure compliance with PHI/HIPAA and company policies.
