Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in the Greater Miami area to manage defined accounts within a geographic region and execute the territory plan. The FRM will navigate patient access, reimbursement processes, and payer requirements, collaborating with HUB and healthcare providers to optimize product access.

The role requires strong reimbursement expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to travel up to 40% while working remotely and in-office.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, or Master’s with 3+ years in customer service/leadership.
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years in customer service/leadership.
• Associate’s with 10 years in customer service/leadership.
• High school diploma with 12 years in customer service/leadership.
• Must have direct people management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as extension of HUB providing live one-on-one coverage.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement through the entire reimbursement journey.
• Review patient-specific information to resolve coverage challenges.
• Educate and update healthcare providers on payer coverage changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with relevant partners.
