Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to cover Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. The role focuses on patient access and reimbursement, managing defined accounts and executing territory plans to support payer pathways.

The FRM will educate providers, resolve reimbursement issues, and collaborate with HUB and other partners to ensure smooth access for patients across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs. Remote work options are available with travel up to 60-80%.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master/Bachelor/Associate degree with leadership experience.
• Experience managing people, teams, or projects is required.
• Knowledge of private and public payer coverage and reimbursement processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the HUB, providing live one-on-one coverage support.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement across the reimbursement journey.
• Review patient information to resolve coverage challenges.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with HUB and other partners.
• Provide information on how products are covered under different benefit designs.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes.
