Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support access and reimbursement for a specialty product. This remote role requires up to 80% travel and involves educating providers, resolving reimbursement challenges, and liaising with payer and patient-support teams.

You will work with physician offices, pharmacies, and internal teams to navigate Medicare and commercial payers, ensuring optimal access and education across the territory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare reimbursement (Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy)
• Knowledge of Medicare & commercial insurance
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proficient with PowerPoint, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools
• Valid driver’s license; travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Field & Virtual Education (35%) - Deliver on-site or virtual training to healthcare providers on reimbursement processes.
• Benefit & Access Education (25%) - Educate providers on verification, prior authorization, payer trends and support center services.
• Reimbursement Support (20%) - Assist offices with claims, billing/coding, appeals, and patient assistance programs.
• Territory Management (10%) - Manage outbound calls, appointments, and in-office follow-ups.
• Program Performance Monitoring (10%) - Track territory metrics in CRM and reports.
