Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare reimbursement, preferably in Buy & Bill or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Field reimbursement or specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to healthcare providers on reimbursement processes.
• Educate providers on benefit verification and prior authorization.
• Assist offices with claims and billing challenges.
• Manage outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Track territory metrics in CRM and analyze trends.
