Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support access and reimbursement for a specialty product. This remote role collaborates with physician offices and manufacturer partners to resolve reimbursement challenges and deliver education on payer landscapes and available support services.

The position requires 8+ years in healthcare reimbursement, Medicare and commercial payer knowledge, and proficiency with PowerPoint and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in healthcare reimbursement (Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy).
Knowledge of Medicare & commercial insurance.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficient with PowerPoint, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools.
Valid driver’s license; travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

Field & Virtual Education (35%) – Deliver training to providers on reimbursement processes and log activity in CRM daily.
Benefit & Access Education (25%) – Educate providers on benefit verification, prior authorization, payer trends, and patient support services.
Reimbursement Support (20%) – Assist offices with claims, coding, appeals, and patient assistance; coordinate with case managers.
Territory Management (10%) – Schedule outbound calls, appointments, and follow-ups; collaborate with manufacturer teams.
Program Performance Monitoring (10%) – Track territory metrics in CRM and contribute to reports.
