McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support reimbursement and patient services for a specific drug across assigned territories. The role includes education on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, claims assistance, and payer landscape both remotely and on-site.

The FRM will build relationships with physician offices and manufacturer reps, travel up to 80% (4 days/week), and partner with program hub services to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Medicare and commercial insurance experience.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Web meetings.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges and available support services.
• Conduct 15 weekly FRM CRM interactions (in-person or virtual) with offices, providers, and staff.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Covered services.
• Collaborate with case managers for reviews and escalations as needed.
• Monitor program performance and report trends quarterly to clients.
