The Energy Field Recruiter partners with project leadership to identify workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies for skilled craft and hourly labor.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and workforce recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole strongly preferred; ability to engage diverse candidates.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly labor across project sites.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce plans, job requirements, and local labor markets.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Build relationships with workforce centers and community partners to enhance recruitment.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate movement through hiring process.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and site recruiting activities.
• Maintain pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Share market intelligence and best practices with Talent Acquisition team.
