Job summary

Moss, a leading national EPC and construction management company, is hiring an Energy Field Recruiter to support solar, storage, and large-scale projects across the United States. The role partners with project leadership to attract, source, screen, and coordinate skilled craft and hourly labor talent.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with strong sourcing capabilities, a passion for field recruiting, and the ability to build talent pipelines in diverse markets. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing across job boards, social media, referrals.
• Experience recruiting in construction/renewable energy preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop market-specific recruiting plans for project sites.
• Source and screen candidates; conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate hiring process; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Organize hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share market intelligence.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
