Job summary

Moss is a national EPC and construction management leader specializing in solar energy and battery storage. The Energy Field Recruiter partners with project leadership to proactively identify workforce needs across multiple solar projects and to build pipelines for craft and hourly labor talent.

You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, promote Moss culture and benefits, maintain active pipelines, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share market intelligence, while

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring forecasts, and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Coordinate candidate movement through the hiring process and organize hiring events.
