Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple platforms and channels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills for diverse populations.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly roles.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans and local labor markets.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and trends.
• Maintain relationships with workforce centers, schools, and community partners.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Organize hiring events, career fairs, and site recruiting activities.
• Maintain pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Share market intelligence and best practices with Talent Acquisition teammates.
• Track activity and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
