Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a ADE - Portland contractor to recruit local businesses for the Hub delivery partner program, traveling within a two-hour radius and coordinating with a Field Manager.

You will visit prospects door-to-door, present the opportunity, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, and drive community referrals while coordinating recruitment events and partnerships with local chambers and economic groups; Salesforce will be used to manage leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience in outside/field sales.
• CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
• Lead activities and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
