Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a remote contract ADE for the Portland program, operating from Seattle, WA. You will recruit local businesses for the Hub delivery partner program, visiting prospects, guiding them through the application, and driving referrals while coordinating recruitment events.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, traveling within two hours, and earning uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience in outside/field sales.
• CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
• Lead activities and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
