Aston Carter is hiring for a contract-based recruitment role focused on onboarding local businesses to a new Amazon delivery program. You will visit prospects door-to-door within a 2-hour driving radius, present the program, and guide businesses through the application and vetting process.

Work with a Field Manager, coordinate recruitment events, and leverage community organizations. Travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Field sales is a plus.
• Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2 hour driving distance).
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
• Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application and Vetting process.
• Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
