Qualifications

• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Experience with claims management and estimating software, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and enterprise technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage, investigate, and document highly complex 1st party property claims with minimal oversight.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party vendors.
• Investigate and evaluate relevant facts and determine coverage for property damages per policy terms.
• Establish accurate scope of damages and prepare estimates.
• Provide timely communication to customers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and negotiate settlements within authority.
