Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree and prior customer service or insurance experience. A valid driver’s license is required, and licensure in state may be pursued after joining.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third‑party providers.
• Learn to investigate and evaluate all relevant facts and information (leases, contracts, by‑laws, etc.).
• Determine and apply coverage for building damages per policy terms.
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses for estimates.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers, claimants, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems.
