Farmers Insurance in the United States invites experienced field property adjusters to join a results-driven team. The role requires visiting policyholders’ homes, assessing property damage, determining liability, and negotiating settlements.

You will use claims software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates in a paperless environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for CAT deployments and career growth within a supportive, equal-opportunity culture.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service experience, preferably retail.
• Construction or Insurance experience desirable.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field investigations by visiting residences to assess property damage and determine liability.
• Use claims software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates.
• Report incidents of theft, fraud, or arson to state and industry agencies.
• Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders.
• Travel to policyholder homes as part of Catastrophe deployments occasionally.
