Farmers Insurance is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to assess property damage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements for policyholders in Arizona. You will conduct both virtual and on-site investigations using claims software, company vehicle, and laptop in a paperless environment.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced field setting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct virtual and on-site investigations by visiting policyholders’ residences to assess property damage and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims software, a company car, and a laptop in a paperless environment to write estimates.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and report incidents to authorities when needed.
• Interact professionally with policyholders, claimants, agents, and other stakeholders.
