Qualifications

• Property claims experience with strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and an active adjuster license (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience handling claims both in the field and virtually is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for complex homeowner losses.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities.
• Applies knowledge of policy types and assists leadership in training.
• Recommends process improvements.
