Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations by visiting policyholders’ residences to assess property damage and determine liability.
• Use claims handling software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates.
• Negotiate fair settlements and report on subrogation opportunities.
