SoundOff Signal is seeking a Product Integration Specialist for the Midwest region. This remote-off-site role involves supporting vehicle upfitters with installation best practices, collaborating with Sales, Training, and Technical Service to resolve field issues, and traveling to customer locations as needed for hands-on demonstrations and support.

The position emphasizes knowledge of automotive electronics, 12V systems, and upfitting, with certification options (MECP/EVT) valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical education preferred.
• Experience installing automotive electronics and upfitting, preferably on emergency vehicles.
• MECP, EVT or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation and configuration support for SoundOff Signal products at customer locations.
• Offer guidance on automotive electronics and upfitting to ensure optimal results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SoundOff Signal products and systems.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver on-site support as needed.
• Provide remote support via phone and email to resolve customer issues.
