SoundOff Signal is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Central Region with a remote outside sales focus. The role covers Texas or Oklahoma residency and promotes SOS products across the Central Region.

You will drive a strategic sales and marketing plan, engage end-users and dealerships, manage distribution, and report CRM activities. Travel up to 50% is required, with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience with manufacturing business.
• Account communication experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including some weekend work.
• Work independently in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.
• Attend Trade Shows, Dealer events, and other Sales related functions within territory

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan for the territory.
• Identify, qualify and pursue sales targets within territory.
• Manage distribution decision-making within territory.
• Direct independent distribution working within territory.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with end-users and dealerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with OEM Regional Sales Managers on bid specifications.
• Travel up to 50% and participate in trade shows/events.
