SCI is seeking a Pre-Planning Advisor (PPA) in the US-OK Del City area. You will generate referrals for pre-need and cemetery arrangements, sustain relationships with families, and collaborate with funeral staff to ensure seamless service. Expect a role that may include nights and weekends, with a focus on customer care and ongoing referrals.

The position emphasizes independence, team collaboration, and driving sales through compassionate outreach and community engagement.

Qualifications

• CRM experience or CRM systems familiarity is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: network and build referrals for pre-need and cemetery arrangements using company tools and standards.
• Prospect a minimum of 4 hours daily for face-to-face outreach at events, door-to-door, or seminars.
• Obtain referrals from families served by locations and follow up post-service.
• Build relationships with families and communities to provide value and follow through.
• Present Dignity Memorial planning guides and educate families on pre-planning benefits.
• Track activity levels to maintain productivity and adapt schedules as needed.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors and staff to deliver high-quality service.
