Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a self-starting Pre-Planning Advisor (PPA) in Grand Junction, CO, to lead pre-need arrangements and services with a sterke quota drive. Working from home or in the field, you will present planning guides and build trusted relationships with families.

You will generate referrals, network with the community, and partner with Funeral Directors to provide compassionate support to grieving families, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• In states/provinces where required, must hold a Funeral Directors License to perform this role.
• Sales experience or one to two years industry experience or equivalent education.
• CRM experience a plus.
• Basic computer and technology skills; able to work in a team and beyond standard hours.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation via networking to gain referrals for both at-need cemetery and pre-need arrangements.
• Prospect a minimum of 4 hours every day for face-to-face outreach.
• Obtain referrals from families after services.
• Network with community and civic groups.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to families.
• Maintain activity levels and scheduling flexibility for productivity.
• Collaborate with Funeral Director and staff to ensure seamless service.
