Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Product Manager to lead field-operations initiatives across our national footprint. You will own the lifecycle of new programs from initial field conversations to rollout, standing up critical processes and systems that empower crews to deliver excellence.

In this role you will partner with operations leaders, translate field needs into prototypes and workflows, align with IT, lead UAT, and develop training materials. A hands-on leader who thrives on moving fast will excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience related to construction, operations, fin-tech, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA or PMP is a plus.
• Ability to translate field needs into AI-enabled workflows and rapid prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to understand day-to-day challenges and define practical solutions.
• Translate field needs into concepts, workflows, user stories, and lightweight prototypes.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure prototypes stay grounded in business priorities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure field readiness.
• Develop high-impact training materials, manuals, and SOPs.
• Lead the rollout of new systems across the national footprint.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project health and wins.
• Provide post-implementation support and stabilization before long-term maintenance.
