Job summary

Lessen is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support clients remotely with up to 60% travel within the assigned geographic area. You will collaborate with clients and vendors to improve service delivery at sites, manage facilities-related challenges, and ensure projects align with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building maintenance trades.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on performance and experience from an on-site-user perspective to improve service delivery.
• Provide local market insights to the Operations team and coordinate with local vendors.
• Represent SMS in Fire/Life Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, and Disaster Recovery matters to control scope costs.
• Provide in-person administrative support, including dealing with municipal offices and code inspections.
• Ensure issues are resolved to client satisfaction through local engagement before escalation.
• Demonstrate SMS technology value to clients and vendors to boost adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand operational needs and implement solutions.
