Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of field-operations software, translating field insights into practical systems. You will partner with operations, IT, and crews to define workflows, prototypes, and rollout plans across our national footprint.

You will own UAT, training materials, and post-implementation support, ensuring adoption and stability. A background in construction/ops and data tools like Power BI and Vista Viewpoint is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in construction/ops/fin-tech or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or CS; MBA/PMP is a plus.
• Ability to understand user needs, connect systems, and prototype rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to identify pain points and define practical solutions.
• Translate needs into concepts, workflows, user stories, and lightweight prototypes.
• Coordinate with IT, developers, and consultants to keep builds aligned with operations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure field-readiness.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and enablement resources.
• Oversee rollout management and on-site support during critical phases.
• Provide strategic updates to leadership on project health and wins.
• Offer post-implementation hypercare and ongoing optimization.
