Qualifications

Strong leadership through athletics, coaching, military service, or team activities
Ability to earn credibility with installers, electricians, and technicians
Willingness to work on job sites and adapt to changing field conditions
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Houston market

Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience
Develop standardized procedures to support scalable field execution
Build dashboards tracking labor utilization, cycle time, and cost
Coach field personnel and develop future field leaders
Coordinate with project management, engineering, warehouse, and leadership
