Job summary

Kojo is hiring a Product Manager to own the Field app roadmap end to end, spanning iOS, Android, tablet, and web. You will simplify field workflows for 600+ contractors and drive adoption of a product that moves materials on job sites.

You’ll work with Procurement, AP, Warehouse and Integrations to remove friction through thoughtful design and AI-enabled features. You will report to the Lead Product Manager and navigate a multi-persona, change-sensitive environment, balancing quick wins with

• Led redesign of a workflow for a user resistant to change.
• Shipped mobile products on iOS/Android/tablet and understood platform tradeoffs.
• Framed ambitious problems into actionable plans.

• Diagnose adoption barriers and time-saving opportunities for field workflows.
