Job summary

American College of Education (ACE) is seeking a Manager of Field Operations (EDU) to lead training, territory growth plans and business development for the Field Division. You will manage 5–10 Partnership Engagement Administrators, driving student recruitment and partnership growth across territories.

You will oversee key metrics like lead acquisition, exposure, and new business development while ensuring compliance with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years managing a large geographic territory of outside development professionals.
• Proven ability to lead projects and personnel to successful outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of K-12 structures, schedules and penetration points.
• Proven PC skills: MS Excel, CRM, Planner, PowerPoint, Zoom and Anthology.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing group and one-on-one training to develop critical advising skills.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide training as needed.
• Analyze Field team performance and support professional development.
• Attend national, regional, or state conferences as needed.
• Analyze territory trends to optimize performance and provide coaching.
• Recruit and interview Partnership Engagement Administrators.
