American College of Education (ACE) is hiring a Manager of Field Operations (EDU) to lead a 5–10 person Partnership Engagement Administrator team and drive recruitment, training, and student generation across assigned territories. This remote role emphasizes data-driven planning, strategic partnership growth, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in management, leadership, higher ed or training preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing a large geographic territory of outside development professionals (preferably in higher education).
• Proven ability to lead projects and/or personnel to successful outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of K-12 structures, schedules and penetration points.
• Demonstrated effective PC skills, especially MS Excel, CRM, Planner, PowerPoint and Zoom and Anthology.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ongoing group and one-on-one training to develop critical advising skills.
• Acts as subject matter expert and provide training as needed.
• Analyzes field team performance and coach staff.
• Attends national, regional or state conferences to represent the college.
• Analyze territory trends monthly, quarterly and annually to optimize performance.
• Meet team expectations for leads, students and exposures in territories.
