American College of Education (ACE) is seeking a Manager of Field Operations (EDU) to lead training, territory growth plans and business development for the Field Division. You will manage 5–10 Partnership Engagement Administrators, driving student recruitment and partnership growth across territories.
You will oversee key metrics like lead acquisition, exposure, and new business development while ensuring compliance with school policies and state regulations.

As the Manager of Field Operations (EDU) you are responsible for the training, territory growth plans and business development in the Field Division. You lead a team of 5-10 Partnership Engagement Administrators (PEA) tasked with recruiting students in degree/professional development programs and servicing partnership accounts. Daily oversight of the team includes tracking and reporting of certain key metrics including partnership exposures, lead acquisitions, new business development, partnership growth and student generation. Additionally, you could be responsible for assisting in the growth and maintenance of a primary territory.
ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $105,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.
