Job summary

American College of Education (ACE) is seeking a Manager of Field Operations (EDU) to lead a team of 5–10 Partnership Engagement Administrators, driving recruitment and servicing of partnership accounts. The role requires training oversight, territory growth planning, and reporting on key metrics across regional initiatives.

ACE offers a competitive starting salary of $105,000 plus annual bonus eligibility, with education and experience guiding compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred for leadership roles.
• 3–5 years managing a large geographic territory (outside development).
• Proven ability to lead projects/personnel to successful outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of K-12 structures, schedules and penetration points.
• Strong PC skills: Excel, CRM, Planner, PowerPoint, Zoom and Anthology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing group and one-on-one training to develop critical skills.
• Act as subject matter expert and provide training as needed.
• Analyze Field team performance and coach accordingly.
• Attend national, regional, or state conferences when needed.
• Identify high value targets and execute partnership growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and coach Partnership Engagement Administrators.
