Cube Care Company, a leading US-based custom-manufacturing firm, is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant for Field Maintenance Coordination. You will bridge field crews and remote project managers, coordinate schedules across departments, monitor attendance and performance, and ensure timeliness and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing or project coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the confidence to enforce standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability.
• Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative processes.
• Proficient with remote communication and project management tools.
• Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers.
• Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry and other departments.
• Create and manage schedules for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity and work performance.
• Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards.
• Address poor-quality work promptly and professionally, documenting issues as needed.
• Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management.
• Prepare and process invoices and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient and aligned with project timelines.
