Job summary

Cube Care Company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a full remote role in the United States. The position covers all HR functions from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing employee lifecycle support.

You will advise managers, manage benefits and compliance, and drive engagement and performance initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a growth-oriented, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in US-owned/shared-services/BPO with recruitment/onboarding focus.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations and broad human resource functions across the complete employee life cycle.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Assist in learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared-services, BPO company, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
• Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

System Requirements:

• Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
• Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
• REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
