Job summary

NCA is seeking a Nurse Case Manager based in Dallas to handle case management services for eldercare clients, coordinating with family caregivers, attorneys, financial planners, and trustees to improve quality of life. The role requires a BSN and 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with CCM/CRRN preferred.

The position is salaried with competitive pay and a flexible work-from-home schedule, with regional travel 1-2 times per month and occasional nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; CCM/CRRN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience; field case management or workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Experience with third party benefits (health insurance, Medicaid, Social Security, Developmental Disability services).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage case management services for eldercare clients and quality-of-life challenges.
• Collaborate with primary family caregivers, attorneys, financial planners, and trustees.
