Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or comparable complex sales roles within the last 5 years.
• Proven success in large account navigation and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical, ethical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Preferred: experience across therapeutic areas, patient services, market access, and complex product or reimbursement pathways.
