Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a field sales professional to drive access for key customers in a high-demand territory. You will craft territory plans, engage with major accounts, and coordinate with field teams and home-office to secure favorable access and outcomes.

You’ll apply market insights to identify opportunities, manage complex stakeholder engagements, and deliver omni-channel outreach while traveling extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare sales within large dispersed teams.
• Track record of top performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license and residence within 50 miles of territory border.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligned to priorities to drive product demand.
• Partner with territory teams, field teams, and home-office to deliver access support.
• Use market knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Leverage territory data/market trends to uncover insights and lead customer engagements.
• Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve cross-functional challenges.
• Deliver real-time access support and work with PSS for seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
