Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales role to navigate account challenges, build strategic territory plans, and drive product demand across geography. You will partner with field teams and home-office colleagues to deliver access support and ensure strong patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has pharma/biotech or complex sales experience, a proven record with large accounts, and the ability to travel 60–80% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or complex sales environments within last 5 years.
• Proven track record selling to large accounts or key customers.
• Self-starter with analytical, ethical leadership and compliance focus.
• Residence within territory or within 50 miles; ability to travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligned to priorities to drive product demand and patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teams, field teams, and home office to deliver access support.
• Anticipate opportunities using market/competition insights and respond with agility.
• Lead customer engagements using market trends and omni-channel outreach.
