Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced field-based sales professional to manage a defined territory and build relationships with large accounts. You will design and execute territory plans to drive product demand, improve patient outcomes, and coordinate with home office teams to ensure access support.

Travel 60–80% is expected, with a strong emphasis on strategic account growth and compliant field activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar with geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
• Self-starter with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ethical leadership.
• Residence within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; 60–80% travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build and execute a territory plan aligned to priorities to drive product demand and patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues for access support.
• Anticipate opportunities using market knowledge and respond with agility.
• Use territory data to uncover local insights and support pull-through efforts, engaging customers virtually or in person.
• Facilitate planning sessions to solve complex cross-functional problems.
• Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services for seamless experience.
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
