The role requires 2+ to 10+ years in complex sales within specialty pharma/biotech or healthcare, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel 60-80% with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 10+ years in specialty pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales.
• Proven high performance selling to large accounts / key customers.
• Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance.
• Territory-based role; travel 60-80% with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan; align priorities and tactics to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
• Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
