You will own execution from major conferences to campus and customer onsites, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to connect BioRender with scientists where they work, learn, and discover.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of field or experiential marketing experience in SaaS or life sciences.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and brand impact through events.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize onsite and field marketing strategy to drive brand presence and pipeline growth.
• Plan end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align field marketing with GTM goals.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for on-brand experiences.
• Collect and analyze event data to measure ROI and optimize approaches.
• Collaborate with Marketing to amplify event content across channels.
