BioRender is seeking a Creative Director to define and evolve our brand identity across marketing touchpoints. You’ll own the creative vision, lead the design function, and shape how BioRender communicates complex science with clarity and impact.

This hands-on leadership role collaborates with Marketing, Product, Executive Leadership, and Design teams to translate strategy into compelling creative that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. We’re a remote-first team with global reach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership.
• Experience leading high-performing creative teams in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
• Strong portfolio showing brand leadership, storytelling, and multi-channel execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve BioRender’s brand identity, visual language, and creative strategy.
• Lead the creative vision across product marketing, campaigns, website, social, video, events, and sales enablement.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to translate objectives into impactful creative.
• Build and mentor a high-performing creative team and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries for consistency.
• Establish processes and workflows to enable fast, high-quality work.
• Stay ahead of design and storytelling trends to inform creative direction.
