Replicant is seeking a results-driven Events Marketing Lead to shape field event strategy for a fast-growing, AI-powered customer service platform. You will manage high-yield trade shows, partner initiatives, and drive pipeline by aligning Sales and Marketing.

You're expected to own budgets, orchestrate GTM plans, and deliver measurable event ROI while building standout experiences that reflect the Replicant brand and remote-by-design culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field and events marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning field-sourced pipeline targets and event ROI.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and account-based strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution for high-yield trade shows and partner initiatives to drive pipeline.
• Create standout event experiences and act as a strategic bridge between Sales and Marketing.
• Own field event strategy, budget, and GTM orchestration with clear hand-offs.
