BioRender is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to bring our mission to life by designing and executing memorable event experiences for scientists. You will own BioRender’s field marketing programs—from major conferences to campus events—driving awareness, engagement, and demand through hands-on, high-impact work.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to connect BioRender with researchers where they work, learn, and discover.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in SaaS/tech or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize onsite and field marketing strategy to boost brand presence and pipeline.
• Plan end-to-end logistics for customer onsites, conferences, trade shows, and regional events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align activities with GTM goals.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for quality experiences.
• Collect and analyze event data to measure ROI and improve programs.
• Partner with broader Marketing to amplify content across digital, PR, and community channels.
