Baseten is seeking a Field & Event Marketing Manager to lead regional programs across the East region, including industry conferences and hosted events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build creative, high-impact programs that align with sales goals and product messaging.

The role emphasizes startup-like strategic thinking, vendor management, and measurement of ROI, with remote-friendly options and travel up to 25% for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of field marketing experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record in delivering and optimizing demand generation programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Active use of AI tools to drive productivity and problem solving.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for events and meetings.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce & HubSpot.
• Growth mindset and collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
• Strong understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute regional marketing strategies to support sales goals and drive demand.
• Develop and manage East region programs including conferences and events.
• Create experiences that engage attendees and reflect brand value.
• Measure event ROI and extract insights to improve future initiatives.
• Manage vendor relations, contracts, and budgets for the region.
