Job summary

Tines Security Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to orchestrate our West-region event program and ABM initiatives for a remote U.S. team.

You’ll plan, execute, and optimize regional experiences, partner events, and industry gatherings while ensuring brand consistency and measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on field events, strong project management, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on field marketing and events.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of regional events, including hospitality experiences, partner events, and industry gatherings.
• Oversee registration, shipping, setup, day-of support and post-event wrap-up.
• Support larger-scale tradeshows and tentpole events with vendors and logistics.
• Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to align event messaging with company goals.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners and track KPIs for events.
• Oversee swag inventory and distribution to enhance brand recognition.
